I need some artistic assistance

It's time for a new tattoo, and I want something like the attached, but I want color. I love the silhouette, but it's just not me, I don't think.

I'd be ever so thankful if someone could help me.

I'm thinking that I want it about 3x3. It's going to go on my upper arm, right at my shoulder.

I want more detail in the moon, so you can actually tell what it is. Craters and all that.

I'd like the faerie's dress to be colored, though muted, since it's obviously supposed to be night. Maybe more detail in the feather she's riding.

The alternative would be to keep the black and white look, only with some gray shading for detail, and more detail in the moon.

Does any of that make sense?
