So, I'm hoping that I can find someone that does more than just grammer review. I need someone that can tell my that my characters lack depth, my motivations are all over the place, and my dialogue sucks... in a nice and constructive way. Someone that doesn't mind working with track changes would be a plus, as it helps to have the comments in the body of work so there are no questions about what piece of text is at fault.

I feel very rusty, since this is the first thing I've written in over a year, and I desperately need another set of eyes to tell me what I overlooked and what just doesn't make sense.
