I Need an Editors Help Please...

Any Editors out there willing to help me with my story. It has been turned down due to problems with punctuation of characters speaking but I cannot find the problem. So any body willing to proof read the story and advise where I have gone wrong? Thanks.

I tried two Editors from the list but they let me down.

Some of the editors hang out in here, but you'll have better luck in the Editors Forum. Many of the Editors on the Volunteer list don't do it anymore.
