I think you should go for a road cruiser...
Like a Goldwing, or a similar newer asphalt slider.
you can take everything you need or want, and some come with a stereo to listen to some good road music while you road surf.
AA- How about that ride up through the Detroit Dam region, Three Sisters, into the Sunriver area of Bend?
I won't even go into the 101 from Lincoln City to Newport ride, pure heaven!
I miss home.

Yeah...Hwy 22 and Hwy 20 are great rides...both to the coast and over the mountains. I love the desert trip...going 26 thru Madras and Prineville then over to John Day...gorgeous and QUIET! Take 19 down to Condon and 206 back west toward Wasco. Bet Cleo would love it!Lost Cause said:
