So tomorrow my father goes in for surgery. He's getting a triple heart-bypass operation, and he has a number of complications, and while we're trying to remain optimistic, he's going to have a hard fight on his hands and there's always risks involved in this type of surgery.

I'm not religious. This could well be hypocritical of me to even post in here, but if anyone wants to say a prayer, or send up a few kind thoughts for my dad I'd really appreciate it.

I have a blood clot on my left lung and am going through the 6 month process of Coumadin (a blood thinning) treatment for it. Everything is looking good so far but I have to take it easy for a while. Just keep me in your thoughts if you would, my friends. Thank you.

I was diagnosed with cancer this year, luckily it hasn't spread. But my best friend Lynn has terminal (ovarian) cancer, so a few thoughts for her (and all those who are suffering from this scourge of the human world) would be appreciated. Thanks.

It's not hypocritical.

My grandfather had this surgery just before Christmas last year after having a month of heart attacks and several complications that postponed the surgery for a week. He is now healthier than ever. Only sign anything was ever wrong is that he still gets tired easier at times. I will be praying for you and your family.

I know this isnt really a big prayer but with my school and home being so far apart, I'm going to be doing a lot of drivinig in the dark this winer. And there can be some really dangerous drivers on the route I take. If someone could please pray that I don't have an accident I'd really appreciate it.
