Kinda looks like the life is slowly being drained from you and your lips hold the last bit of humanity left in your body.

Its able to be done just take some time to do it cover a larger area then you want to be red then cover the rest with the black glitter lipstick use the goodstuff or it's gomna smear and not coat then cover some of the red till you have all you want showing then touch up with a liner then use a shinny wet gloss. My wife's do it all the time and it amazes me yo see them do it. I don't know brands just what I see the steps. Its hell to get a kiss after they do it tho.

It shouldn't be too terribly hard to replicate.

I'd hit up the MAC counter and see what they got by way of black, if anything. If not MAC, you'd for sure find something at Sephora, I'm betting.
