I have learnt.

Don`t just look, leave something.

I have learnt that.
I cannot stay awake indefinately.
I create new threads when tired.

I post on my own threads.
That I do not have to say "I have learnt" every time I post. That`s the name of the thread so........


That I have made a real and significant difference to someones life.
That the pride and joy this fills me with is undescribable.
That I have genuine friends.
That these friends understand if I cannot be there all the time.

To make my intentions known straight away.(it took me a while to learn that)
To be honest with my friends.
To be proud of these same friends.

That longlife milk can and does go off.
That macaroni is not necessarily your friend.
That people will walk behind a reversing vehicle even if it has a beeper.
That these people have not considered the consequences of trying to save three seconds.
That I am tired.
That I will wait anyway.

That you should tell the folks in your life that you love them, they may not be there tomorrow.

That it's extremely annoying when photographs don't have a name,place and date written on them.

I've learned that no matter how I might want a situation to turn out, it will go as it will, in spite of my feelings!

That I cant sleep indefinately.
A long time ago that thunderstorms and PCs don`t mix.
Tonight I dont care.

That WW and SK are wise indeed.

I have an even greater respect for women, especially pregnant woman.
That morning sickness must be a truly terrible thing.
To expect some creature to eventually chew it`s way out of my stomach.

I have learnt that R/L is a bad description, if this is not real I don`t know what is.

I miss them.

That I HATE macaroni, not the taste, just macaroni.

That I have so much more.

I'm with ya on the thunderstorm and pc thingy, please allow me to take that one step further...
one should always unplug her pc during the middle of a hurricane! found that our the hard way this past season

Ditto......When I say "never again" it is out of guilt or anger.

I learnt that I can not feel guilty for something out of my control.

That friends make the world a much much better place to live.

To get up in the morning you have to set the alarm clock correctly

laughter is the best thing next to a pair of warm fuzzy socks

don’t walk way from the oven while baking cookies, they could and do burn

my batteries are good in my smoke detector.

That when I get out of control I feel guilty.

No matter how bad or serious the event, some good will come of it.

As an example, the recent Tsunami. A disaster of gigantic proportions for millions, but look at how the world has come together to help and support the vicitims.

Good came from bad... it always does.

A very wise woman and a very good friend,you are sooo wise.
Good does happen from bad,just like you said. Imagine a man transfered to a town knowing nobody. Imagine a woman living in NYC during 911.Imagine them wanting to escape reality and signing on to LIT and meeting. I dont have to imagine,it is my story. I feel kind of weird some times,that if it wasnt for 911,
i wouldnt have met her.
