Actually, a friend of mine works there and she likes it a lot (she was fired from my hellhole the week after I quit). She said the only thing wrong is that they use archaic software for customers accounts.. nothing like the last place we were at.

Something funny about my hellhole... 200 reps up and quit a few Saturdays ago when the company made some poor changes. Goes to show I'm not the only smart one around here.

I had one incident last night.. and IF i would have had access to cigs.. I would have smoked one. Thank god Mr Freaky wouldn't go to the store for me


Seems that my computer is to good for DSL.. The modem I bought didn't work.. my computer was attempting to use one of it's two dsl modems. Some how (the really cute guy at the phone company) got my internal modem to work by using the external modem. Who the fuck knows..but it works..and I'm happy.



I miss you Licky. Things around here are hectic (soccer, baseball and school functions galore).. sorry I haven't emailed or called. I might attempt to call tomorrow.

I 99% positive that I got the job!

They explained the job to me, tried to convince me how high stress it is, how frustrated their reps get with the escalated callers.. I told them after working at the hellhole, it's not a problem. They seemed impressed with my explanation on how I'd handle escalated customers. The hellhole has seasoned me well.

They tried to bad mouth the hellhole, (it's gotten quite the rep around here) but I held my tongue and just nodded.

This place is awesome.. they don't bite your head off if you're late for breaks because of being on a call. If your kids are sick, they don't mind if you take a day or two off. And the job itself is sooo easy. I think I lucked out.
