The Charge has a fantasy/fetish/kink that they want, or think they want, may have experimented with in private, but isn't sure how far they want to go, of if they want anyone else to know.

The Caretakers have the skill to pick up on those signals and gently lead the Charge the way they already want to go. This is where the 'magical' element comes in ... HOW do they know? Or is it just power of observation and not magic at all?
