My son, Sebastiaan James, was born June 6, 2010, at 12:31 AM. He weighed in at 8 lbs, 14 oz (4020 grams) and was 21.5 inches (54 cm) long. He has a full head of brownish-auburn hair, and his eyes are turning the most beautiful shade of blue (just like his daddy!). He is a beautiful little boy, healthy and big, and he melts my heart every time I hold him. 
The birth went well, but with a few complications to be worked out. The end result was a healthy baby and a healthy mama. Unfortunately, a few days after the birth, I developed an infection and had to be re-admitted to the hospital. I'm on the mend now, and fortunately the infection and subsequent hullabaloo hasn't affected Sebastiaan or my ability to take care of him.
Mr. McK and I have been enjoying our new roles as parents; we finally understand the concept of a "babymoon."
We are in love with our little guy, and wonder at his every breath. What an amazing gift he is, and what a blessing to have him in our lives.
