I'm talking about writers who pen implausible nonsense that excites the dolts who read their books.
David Morrell ekes out a living based on the success of Rambo, a truly good read. But he shoulda stopped with Rambo, cuz the rest of his opus sux. The goddamned guy is a lit perfesser, so what can he know about anything! And that's why his books are implausible.
Rambo was a Special Forces Dude, and what I read yesterday was about a platoon of Special Forces Dudes who panic and unleash a 5 Yahoo cluster fuck during training. IRL its virtually impossible for such an event to occur unless Hillarys sitting by the phone micro-managing the guys....like she did with Libya.
Perfesser Candy-ass needs to take a sabbatical from Ivory Tower U for some field-work with the Special Forces Dudes.
