Do they have too have little scruffy beards and hide under bridges waiting to attack? Or do they have sparkly little jewels embeddded in their belly buttons? Or possibly hot pink hair that seems to sprout from atop their chubby little heads with ears that stick out past their shoulders?

Really now, I see so many comments and references to trolls that seem to scurry all about the BB that one must know how to identify and protect themselves from such obviously vile creatures.

Please feel free to fill in an accurate description of what a BB troll looks and acts like.

Several different ideas as to what they look like. Personally, I prefer to think of them as short, hunched over little slimy creatures. Flamingo Blue says they are full of solid shit, which is what makes them so bitter, but when skinned and roasted they are quite tasty!

As far as how they ACT, well, they usually are a member hiding under the guise of a "guest" and attacking someone over an opinion that they don't agree with. Hang around a while and I'm sure you will see one someplace.

Kymberley, well they are hard to describe as to looks because they hide behind fictious names so no one really knows what they look like, although I doubt any of the ones here have jewel belly buttons.

It more the way they act, or better, the way people let them act. For reasons only they know for sure, the trolls take a dislike to someone on the board and then post demeaning and unkind things about that person on every thread their victim post to. Then, everyone gets upset that someone is picking on someone they like and everyone gangs up on the troll, giving them the satisfaction of feeling like they did what they came to do, upset someone.

I've only been trolled in fun by someone not hiding who they were, so its hard to say, but for the most part I ignore anything posted negatively about someone and spend my time flirting. By the way, I see your new on the board.

The best advice I can offer for you is to stay away from both trolls and discussions of them if you don't know anything about them.

It isn't something I would recommend you to go looking for. Your post may have been trying for light-hearted, but it’s one of those topics that a) is sore of many people right now; and b) isn’t ever really funny.

But then, part of the reason for that is because so many "newbies" like yourself tend to show up on the boards these days with only trolls on their minds.

There’s a lot of other things here to talk about.
