ok....now, i thought i basically knew how to give a hicky, but apparantly i was wrong....i know you have to suck on them, ...but for some reason my little 'love marks' fade away after about an hour....maybe i missed some technique memo that was passed around or something...help me out pleaze!

And I feel a little dumb for answering...

You have to use your teeth a little.

Well, the purpose of any act should be pleasure, so if your partner is enjoying it, then why does it matter if you leave a mark or not? Actually, I would think it would be a good thing to be able to nibble and suck on someone's neck without it leaving a mark that they have to explain (or just feel stupid about) But that's just my oppinion... (and if they're like me, they just may not bruise easily)

Never had to use my teeth, but if you suck really hard sould leave a mark that'll last a day or two. The other thing is that some skin doesn't bruise very eaisly.

It's suction more than anything really. :) Though, if your partner enjoys being nibbled on, then by all means use your teeth too! ;) I also have to agree with Goddess... The bottom line of any sexual act is pleasure. If you're doing it only to leave a mark, then that's wrong. If your partner enjoys having his/her neck sucked on, etc., then do it for the pleasure! :D

Pardon me here...but a hicky??????????Who the fuck wants them. Too busy chewing on the neck to be other places? Count me out.

Skitch,
Now, I personally think hickeys look really disgusting, but that's not the point.

If you have a partner whose hickeys seem to fade quickley, they probably are just good healers. Hickeys are just basically bruises, caused by broken blood vessels under the skin.. You may just be causing some temporary increased blood flow to the area, not causing the damage that hickeys actually cause.

Just kick back and enjoy the fun.
