I Do Want Help With My Love Life

B.B. King, and Billie Holliday are faves of mine too. Blues Brothers anyone?

*sigh* I'd sing for you if you were in New York.

ETA

Oh, why not?

I'll be seeing you
In all the old familiar places
That this heart of mine embraces
All day through
In that small cafe
The park across the way
The children's carousel
The chestnut trees
The wishing well

I'll be seeing you
In every lovely summer's day
In everything that's light and gay
I'll always think of you that way

I'll find in the morning sun
And when the night is new
I'll be looking at the moon
But I'll be seeing you

I'll be seeing you
In every lovely summer's day
In everything that's light and gay
I'll always think of you that way

I'll find in the morning sun
And when the night is new
I'll be looking at the moon
But I'll be seeing you

Just remember that the gorgeous are people too. That girl may have been very lonely because other guys shied away like you did, believing that she wouldn't give them the time of day. The opposite may have been true.
I know the gorgeous are people too because I AM one of those gorgeous people.

Ok, so I was dared to do this. Hey, if they can do it in the GB, we can do it here.

So, let the help commence.

I've said it before and I'll say it again - While looking for "Mrs. Right", keep a prostitute on the side. That way the sex won't be so important since you are, in fact, getting laid regularly. But, you never know. You just might find a hooker with a heart of gold.

What if you're broke?

but but you're cute!

ah ok. love life is a bit hard to ask help for. can't plan that one either. just be open minded of where love could be found. i'd say join anything and go to places where potential mates could be found. if that's not happening, then at least you have more friends. friends could match you up.

good luck :)

2. Play a cooler instrument. Guitar players get laid, Trombone players don't.

I can vouch for that! :D

I don't know if this has been mentioned yet, because I should be writing and didn't read the entire thread, but be yourself. You can't hide who you are for long, especially if you plan to pursue a long-term relationship; they're going to find out your little quirks, they're eventually going to know the real you so your best bet is to be straight forward from the beginning.

That's got its problems as well.

I find that mentioning my long battle with mental illness usually sends them running for the door.

Doesn't stop me from mentioning it though. I am looking for a woman who'll take all of me, good and bad.

If you're broke you don't stand a chance with any woman - prostitute or otherwise.
