Do a full body.........you'll be amazed at how relaxed you will feel and how much better you'll feel. I get one a week, regardless. It is so beneficial and so relaxing and helps alleviate muscular aches and pains, etc........

I did one a few months ago at a local massage school (the same one my friend goes to, ironically enough) and HATED it. I actually felt more tense when I left than when I went in.

To be fair, I think it was more the situation. Naked in a room full of strangers ain't my cup of tea. *thinks* No, no..it's not. Really. =) The school basically gave everyone a sheet and had 'em come back to one large room. There were just so many people around I couldn't relax.

And the music was so horrid ("bad new age" is usually a redundant phrase. This "music" took that expression to new heights!) and it was actually getting me more upset.

Oh, and I don't like not being able to see (like when I was face down) when there are that many people hovering about.

And did I mention that the whole "being naked in a roomful of strangers" thing was freaking me out?

That's odd............at my SO's school, you are in a cordoned off "room" mono e. mono with the masseus and you don't get naked, only down to your undies..............I would have felt a little uncomfy in that situation also......I mean it would be different if it were a sex club or something!!!!

You don't have to get nude... atleast here they tell you it's totally up to your comfort level.

You can have them done fully clothed if you prefer. That's how my mom gets hers done everyday. And it works just fine.

I'd also like to add that there should be some draping done as well.........and privacy. I'm very surprised about the "nude in a room of strangers" thing.........I mean, there are a bunch of rooms cordoned off in a "big" room but I never sat there face to face with them in any form of disrobe at all...........that's quite odd Nora. Are they a certified and accredited school? Sounds fishy to me..........
