To be fair, it took guts for him to post on here given the mob mentality being fired up. Dunno... I hesitate to even post this, because I do not want to be subject to the mob. I suspect his mailbox has been bombarded with hate mail and everyone is coo’ing around the OP but I have some sympathy for him. Human interactions on lit are very real, because we are just human - people invest real emotions, it must hurt when you realise the person you think you have connected with isn’t who they claim. Having seen the passionate defences from men on other threads where posters have been found out for passing off fake pics as their own, I know some men are happy with the illusion...

I googled “naked woman A cups” (or something very very close to that) and picked a picture that I thought was pretty close to me on the first page of results. I really do think it was pretty close to atleast the mental image I had of myself. I did not take a picture that had previously been private in some way.

Last week I got back from a trip and posted a picture on my profile page. It was a nude and I passed it off as myself.

I’n the last three years I have developed psoriasis. My skin is red and blotchy and I hate it. I also got the full on arthritis that comes with it and my knuckles have swollen to where I can not wear rings anymore. I do weekly steroid injections which give me some fun side affects. Each night when I go to bed I cover myself in gross creams.

I should not have done that I know, but I have had so much fun here being flirty and feeling sexy again. I swear the pictures was as close as I could find to what I looked like before I started having these symptoms.

My boyfriend just broke up with me, not because of this, and in fact he didn’t mind it at all. I really appreciated that. I know it’s going to be really hard to date when it looks like a have a rash on my elbows, knees, feet and sometimes around my ears.

The person who figured this out says if I don’t send him pictures of what I really look like he will tell people. Now- not nude pictures or anything like that but honestly fuck you if your reading this. Thanks for ruining my fun.

Maybe I will just go back to only writing stories, wthats what I originally really enjoyed.

hey if its any consolation my wife had skin issues just as you are describing for two years, doctors said it was psoriasis gave her creams, etc etc, but it wasnt it was actually a food allergy linked to IBS. You may have checked this out already but if not please see doctor again if you can and at least dismiss it, my wife changed her diet and t all went away in a matter on months. Its a horrible thing, i know what she went through, so my heart goes out to you, but if you can please check out food allergies.

Soma - that's a pretty awful situation to be in, but thanks for coming clean. There are a lot of litsters who don't post pictures of themselves but instead post pictures of similar looking people and let the user base know. That can be just as hot, so don't fret

Irish blade - That takes some guts to oust yourself like that and publicly apologize. The blackmail part though, not the best of decisions, and hopefully you've learned from that.

I think the main takeaway is that it's tough to be transparent when getting more intimate with people, because it also invites the potential for blackmail if real life photo's are shared... and I've shared my fair share of myself with some litsters and vice versa.

Before the pitchforks come out, try to discern the person's intent for putting up fake photos before putting them on blast. Literotica serves as a mask or persona for who we are in real life, and sometimes you'll find when actually get that person to take that mask off, there is an amazingl female/male hiding behind it

I have been trying to get my thoughts together about this situation for the past day...but you said exactly what I wanted to say.

Let's remember that there are a boatload of men who parade around this place as women, so when this guy asked more than once if I remember his post and she denied until he knew for sure that her picture wasn't her...he wanted to make sure she was who she said.

Now did he go about it wrong?? Absolutely. It was a douchey move to demand with a threat. But let's not pretend that everyone is innocent in this. The fact that the OP used a picture not of herself isn't the crime here but trying to pass it off as herself is shady...

I think the lesson in this is to be honest here...this is an amazing place to meet people and there are all varieties. If someone doesn't like you because of your profile pic then they aren't meant to be part of your Lit world...move on and find the one who will.

So, before this guy is run out of Lit town, let's remember that he wasn't trying to get naughty pics but when she was caught in a lie wanted to keep talking with her because he liked her, but also wanted to know who he was sharing intimate thoughts with. He did it poorly...but he's also a noob...so be nice to everyone!

Skin issues are a bitch! I have had for my entire life - 2 of 3 of the big ones. I have taken so many steroids to try to control that - well have long term effects put it that way. Soma, get off the steroids as soon as you can - there are biologicals that can work especially for what you have. There are some issues though - cannot do family growing while on most. You can also try methly trexate (spelling) and other similar to knock down your immune system. Folks that don't know, these skin diseases are really immune problems - your immune system wants to fight everything and go into hyper levels.
The steroids knock down the immune system temporarily and will allow the skin to heal. These are not the good steroids either for bodybuilding. There are side effects - short temper, heartburn that affected me most - that an weird dreams - ok some were alright wink wink.
Most people with these skin issues also do not get sick - I haven't been 'sick' in 50+ years.
Also, these skin issues are not contagious - but they can be unsightly, itchy (you have no idea) and ruin your clothes.
When my skin is bad, the wife doesn't give me much action but since I have used steroids so much - well things do not always go well with damage to joints and the arthritis. When you are on the steroids - nothing hurts though.
Skin issues hurt both physically and emotionally - you will be OK.

I have psoriasis over 80% of my body. It’s because for 2 years I had to get off my meds to be pregnant. I wouldn’t change that experience for the world.

Last 2 years with my bitter divorce my psoriasis has gotten very “angry” even on meds.

But I don’t sweat it. I wear shorts, I wear bathing suits, and I am not shy.

Mostly because I have a son, and when I was younger my mother was ashamed of my skin. I don’t want my son to learn any shaming body image issues from me.

This day and age I have friends who have cancer scars. My mother had a mastectomy. My BFF survived the “widow maker” has a surgery scar up her chest and her thighs.
