I didn't read the Lit forums yesterday. I was tired and couldn't focus on text, and would have sklimmed over everything. This was a mistake, as when I came back today there were so many new posts that I felt overwhelmed and skimmed over everything anyway...

I can't keep up with this madness!

You mean I could have missed MORE???

*faints*
Wait until it gets real busy around here...... You'll think you're in a dsl chat on dial up...

I stop by once a day or once every other day depending on how busy I am. I'm permanently out of the loop around here and I've just had to accept the zen of it. I trust that if something major happens, someone will tell me. Er, or at least the thread will be on top. ;)

I'm here more than what can be healthy, and I still miss most of what's going on.

*sigh* Wellllll. I guess we could put you on the Authors-with-Overwhelmed-Disability list (AOD or "Odd") That's where Shereads gives you a weekly, one-sentence synopsis of the latest discussions.

But Shereads will have to decide if you are truely being overwhelmed and deserve to be in that special category, or if it's just normal, short-term forum fatigue. If she shows up today, we'll have her administer the test.

No, I'm doing better today. It's more of a Saturday thing. I'm always exhausted out of my mind on Saturdays...

See, this is the good thing about only being a semi-regular. I cherry pick the threads I want to read, and don't feel the need to stay up to date, so I have no stress about being gone for a few days and "missing something"

I'm pretty much in the same boat (oh, that I should be that lucky). I've been behind the curve in most areas since my struggles with Current Events in the eighth grade.

Urgh, I hated Current Events. I used to bring in articles from The Weekly World News just to piss off our teacher. :p

Haha, the same boat? Mine's called The USS Slutbucket. ;)

I have a martial arts class at the end of Friday, and I put my all into it knowing that I can sleep in the next day. However, it is never enough sleep or rest, and I feel exhausted halfway into Sunday sometimes.
