I only found out today, via my husband but he died on the 28th July 2006.


I'm devastated - He's my favourite author.

Aw, EL, I'm sad to hear this, too. I confess that I've never read David Gemmell, myself, but he is one of my husband's all-time favorite authors. I know that he will be missed by many.

I am going to re-read my favourite of his "Dark Moon." now.

Yeah, retrieval -he was a fantasy writer and he did do the blood stone series.

I'm going to miss him terribly.
