Instead of moving your hips round and round you need to put one foot slightly forward and thrust your pelvis back and forth.

Hey...

I'm sure with a little practice you'll be hula hooping with no trouble. I wonder if watching women exercising on tv would help you get the rhythm. Good luck VBM!
