Grandma! I feel too young, but I think even at 60 I'm going to feel too young. Trying to decide what I want to be called. ( Ren, don't touch that one ).. Grandma, Grandmother, Nanny, Memaw.. not sure. I'm practicing them all. Anyway, I just wanted to share this with the board. I'm going to be a Grandma!

My kids call thier grandma's all something different. We have a Grammy Pammy, Grammy Mo, Grandma Sherry, Grammy Hazel, Grandma Barb.... hmm... I think that's it. All the grandpa's are Papa.

I like Grammy and Papa myself.

Thanks everyone. And I like nana too. I can't seem to wrap my tongue around granny, or nanny. But I think either granma or nana will be the winner. CB, I am 40, but I feel 20. Ok , I'm really liking Nana. I can't wait to hold that little baby, and smell the baby smell again. (Well, most of them. )
I'm secretly hoping for a little boy, I always wanted a boy. Of course, my daughter has told me that they are naming it after me if it's a girl, so thats kind of an incentive for a girl all its own.

My own little Jr, I'm liking that. I already want to go shopping for things, but I'm trying to hold back. I am going to set up a nursery in my guest room, this is so exciting! Poor Dragon, he will be hanging wallpaper soon, and painting. I think he might be trying to get a flight home before it's over with.

and bieng young just means you can enjoy your grand kids more.... and if you feel too young I'll help, My mom was a grandmother at 37.5 years old.... and she didn't think she was too young.

Thanks Fly. I don't think I will have any trouble keeping up with this kid. I can still climb a tree faster than a cat, and outrun most people. Whether it's a girl or a boy, they will know how to fish, hunt, and do most things outdoors.

Shy, the date right now is May 27th, but I think that may change. And I will write you with that other info as soon as I get it.
