I made these awesome cookies last night. They're made out of cake mix, and they seriously rock. But just making cookies wasn't good enough. I had to get out the cookie press and make them heart shaped. Then, I had to make pink frosting for them.

Now, I've decided that I'm going to make cookies for the monster's schools and to send to a couple of friends. Right now, I've got 4 dozen cookies sitting in the kitchen, and enough fixins for about 8 dozen more.

I'm on a low carb diet. No cookies for this chica. Anyone need a Valentine's care package?

I was thinking I was a domestic goddess this morning because I did the laundry. All of it. Even the things that usually stay at the bottom of the basket.

I rewired a lamp.

I cleaned and groomed all the indoor plants.

I cleaned the aquarium.

I mended and rehemmed a pair of my husband's pants.

Maintaining everyone's and everything's lives. Ah. I want fewer maintenance items in my life...

The preschool didn't used to allow home made items, but the grade school always has. I'm not sure why it varies.

Sounds like my normal day. I'm taking it easy today though. I'm keeping the laundry moving through the washer and dryer, but I'm doing nothing else.
