Thinking about a 40 something married couple in a good relationship. She’s an attractive lady. A friend stops by one evening for dinner and they get to talking about his upcoming company party. He tells the couple that he probably won’t go because he doesn’t have a date and would feel awkward. Jokingly the husband offers his wife for the date. As the evening goes on and it keeps getting joked about they all eventually agree she should accompany him.
As the time goes by before the event the husband and wife start to kid each other about her going on a date but the kidding starts to lead to sexual innuendos. These innuendos translate over into talk in the bedroom. Nothing is ever actually planned or agreed upon but they both get excited about the situation from their pillow talk about the possibilities that could happen.
By the night the party they are both turned on by the possibility of her having sex with their friend although nothing is discussed between them about it really happening. The husband would not want their friend to know he knew because he wouldn’t know what their friend would think of him allowing it. She dresses tastefully sexy and soon is out the door with their friend.

I love innocent “jokes” being used to slowly start a woman (or couple) down a slippery slope.

Maybe the friend makes it clear that it’s important for his career to attend the company party, but, he just can’t bring himself to do it without a date. Maybe he recently broke up with a girlfriend? Maybe it’s a GF people haven’t met, but he’s bragged about, so he’s worried they will think he’s lying if he shows up without a GF. So, not only does she have to go as his date, she has to pretend to be his long-time GF… which leads to some of the early “pillow talk” for the couple… what might she have to do to pretend to be the long-time GF?

She doesn’t have anything to wear to the fancy party, so has to dress shop. The husband gets horny as she tries on sexy dresses at the store. He continues the joke by sending photos of her to the friend for his input… which leads to compliments that make her blush. The husband jokes, “It seems a little strange choosing the sexier option for you to wear on a date with another guy, but, you really do look hot in that sexy black dress."

Maybe the night of the party, the wife (and/or friend?) send selfies of the happy couple to the husband? As the evening (and alcohol) continues, the happy couple is standing closer with arms around each other more and more. Then one under the mistletoe...

Or, maybe, leading up to the night, the fun role play / pillow talk is such a turn on that they agree that the wife will send texts home with fictitious updates to tease the husband until she comes home to finally please him. But, she does such a good job with the texts that he’s no longer sure if they are fiction or reality. And his reactions to them make her unsure if he’s still just role playing, or if he wants to her cross the line and make it real.

All of it is really good stuff. But the key to the story is including all of the teasing and suggestive dialog, and their hot sex at home as they contemplate it. That they never actually say "yes, we're doing this" but it is inferred, rather, keeps a little mystery until that first kiss on the dance floor.

It's all very sexy , but the fly in the pudding is the friend. How easily is he going to be able to possibly sacrifice his friendship, sleeping with this woman? He doesn't know that the couple have been encouraging and teasing each other. She can't tell him that her husband is alright with it, because it was never actually said. For her to go on gut instinct in one thing because she has a lifetime of experience with her husband, but he doesn't have that security. He's thinking about his friend showing up at his house the next day with a .357.

It would require some clever wordsmithing, for certain.

This could become quite interesting and hot!

Yep key is to keep the teasing going and gradually the innuendos will be acted upon.

That mystery that she knows something as the original teasing started between husband and wife consenting to this sexy idea.

I am sure both he and her are getting off big time on this, maybe he wants her to sexually engage with his friend and hear later the details. That would be hot.

And poor friend probably hoping something may happen cause he always fancied her, found her quite playful.

So of course he flirts with her all night until the touching starts....

At some point the husband has to get a text from his wife:

Friend invited me back to his place after the party. I hope you don’t mind. Luv you.

At that moment, he knows he has a choice to make. He can call her asking her to come home. Or he resigns himself that any unspoken pillow talk is about to become real. His cock tenting his pants makes his decision. He texts back:

Have fun. Luv you too.
