The previous charge was part of an agreement that is no longer valid, so (as far as I'm aware) cannot be introduced as evidence in this case.

Donald trump is likely going to get off the hook for clearly violating federal law. Hung jury is the most likely outcome. That's because the trump family owns NYC having numerous buildings named after them and participating in funding various charities in the city where the trial is taking place. And the ENTIRE trump family will be there in support of him on a daily basis just to stare and intimidate the jurors.
