Hunter and his lawyers have a very good case based on the facts in evidence.

If anyone weaponized the DOJ or exploited it for their own purposes, it was the corrupt orange traitor.

Any subpoena for Trump will be quashed. He's not a percipient witness and wasn't involved in the investigation so there's no nexus.

Interesting thought: Should Hunter's lawyers issue such a subpoena they could be subject to sanctions for abuse of process.
