A. George Gobel: I don't know, but it's coming from the next apartment.

Q. As you grow older, do you tend to gesture more or less with your hands while talking?

A. Marty Allen: Only after lights out.

Q. When you pat a dog on its head he will wag his tail. What will a goose do?
A. Paul Lynde: Make him bark?

Q. According to Ann Landers, what are two things you should never do in bed?

How old is old?

An 80 year old man went to the doctor for a checkup and the doctor was amazed at what good shape the guy was in.

The doctor asked, "To what do you attribute your good health?"

The old timer said, "I'm a golfer and that's why I'm in such good shape. I'm up well before daylight and out golfing up and down the fairways."

The doctor said, "Well, I'm sure that helps, but there's got to be more to it. How old was your dad when he died?"

The old timer said, "Who said my dad's dead?"

The doctor said, "You mean you're 80 years old and your dad's still alive? How old is he?"

The old timer said, "He's 100 years old and, in fact, he golfed with me this morning, and that's why he's still alive... he's a golfer."

The doctor said, "Well, that's great, but I'm sure there's more to it. How about your dad's dad? How old was he when he died?"

The old timer said, "Who said my grandpa's dead?"

The doctor said, "You mean you're 80 years old and your grandfather's still living! How old is he?"

The old timer said, "He's 118 years old."

The doctor was getting frustrated at this point and said, "I guess he went golfing with you this morning too?"

The old timer said, "No... Grandpa couldn't go this morning because he got married."

The Doctor said in amazement, "Got married!! Why would a 118-year-old guy want to get married?"

The old timer said, "Who said he wanted to?"

The Love of a woman!

Whatever you give a woman, she will make greater.
If you give her sperm, she'll give you a baby.
If you give her a house, she'll give you a home.
If you give her groceries, she'll give you a meal.
If you give her a smile, she'll give you her heart.

She multiplies and enlarges what is given to her.

So, if you give her any crap, be ready to receive
a ton of shit.
:D

DG:)

TO MY DEAR WIFE:
During the past year I have tried to make love to you 365 times..

I have succeeded 36 times, which is an average of once every ten days.
The following is a list of why I did not succeed more often:

54 times the sheets were clean
17 times it was too late
49 times you were too tired
20 times it was too hot
15 times you pretended to be asleep
22 times you had a headache
17 times you were afraid of waking the baby
16 times you said you were too sore
12 times it was the wrong time of the month
19 times you had to get up early
9 times you said weren't in the mood
7 times you were sunburned
6 times you were watching the late show
5 times you didn't want to mess up your new hairdo
3 times you said the neighbors would hear us
9 times you said your mother would hear us

Of the 36 times I did succeed, the activity was not satisfactory because:
6 times you just laid there
8 times you reminded me there's a crack in the ceiling
4 times you told me to hurry up and get it over with
7 times I had to wake you and tell you I finished
1 time I was afraid I had hurt you because I felt you move

TO MY DEAR HUSBAND:

I think you have things a little confused. Here are the reasons you didn't get more than you did:

5 times you came home drunk and tried to screw the cat
36 times you did not come home at all
21 times you didn't cum
33 times you came too soon
19 times you went soft before you got in
38 times you worked too late
10 times you got cramps in your toes
29 times you had to get up early to play golf
2 times you were in a fight and someone kicked you in the balls
4 times you got it stuck in your zipper
3 times you had a cold and your nose was running
2 times you had a splinter in your finger
20 times you lost the notion after thinking about it all day
6 times you came in your pajamas while reading a dirty book
98 times you were too busy watching TV

Of the times we did get together:

The reason I laid still was because you missed and were screwing the sheets.
I wasn't talking about the crack in the ceiling, what I said was, 'Would you prefer me on my back or kneeling?'
The time you felt me move was because you farted and I was trying to breathe.

Many of these were new to me and I loved them. It was a bit of a problem to read these this morning while some family members were still sleeping, since it was very hard to not laugh out loud.

Thanks, DG!

I saw this and thought of SafeBet:-

EVE'S SIDE OF THE STORY

After three weeks in the Garden of Eden, God came to visit Eve. 'So, how is everything going?' inquired God.

'It is all so beautiful, God,' she replied. 'The sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking, the smells, the sights, everything is wonderful, but I have just one problem.

It's these breasts you have given me. The middle one pushes the other two out and I am constantly knocking them with my arms, catching them on branches and snagging them on bushes. They're a real pain.'

And Eve went on to tell God that since many other parts of her body came in pairs, such as her limbs, eyes, ears, etc. She felt that having only two breasts might leave her body more 'symmetrically balanced'.

'That's a fair point,' replied God, 'But it was my first shot at this, you know. I gave the animals six breasts, so I figured that you needed only half of those, but I see that you are right. I will fix it up right away.'

And God reached down, removed the middle breast and tossed it into the bushes

Three weeks passed and God once again visited Eve in the Garden of Eden.

' Well, Eve, how is my favourite creation?'

'Just fantastic,' she replied, 'But for one oversight. You see, all the animals are paired off. The ewe has a ram and the cow has her bull. All the animals have a mate except me. I feel so alone.'

God thought for a moment and said, 'You know, Eve, you are right. How could I have overlooked this? You do need a mate and I will immediately create a man from a part of you. Let's see....where did I put that useless Tit?'

Now doesn't THAT make more sense than all that crap about the rib?

(No insult is intended)

Oh, good god. We might all "turn gay"?

Homophobe much?

you really should be fucking ashamed of yourself.

Ashamed of myself??? You've got to be kidding. I'm very happy with my sexuality. I can be happy and joke about it.

The gays to me have their own problems. I really don't care what they want or think anymore than they care about my wants or what I think.

You used to be fun on the A/H but like so many others, you are always negative about everything. Don't like my humor? Stay off the thread or start your own humor thread and post everything that you believe is funny.

I stopped posting for awhile because of you and a few of your friends. I finally decided that I don't owe any of you anything. I like to smile and laugh. I consider myself a Christian and not afraid to say so. Do I sin and make mistakes? Hell yes I do! I believe in God and I know that I'm a long way from perfect.

So you see, what you and a few of your friends think of me means nothing. Now you go and have a good day if that's possible in your world.

Church sign: Jesus Saves! Safeway sign across the street: Safeway saves you more!

Said during a congregational prayer when leading prayer for unsaved loved ones: “Father, we just want to pray for our unloved saved ones”.

Due to weather conditions, there will not be any “Women Worth Watching” this week.

The Honeymooners are now having bile studies each Tuesday evening at 7:30 p.m.

“I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, even though he diets, yet shall be live.”

On a church postcard: “I have received Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I would like a personal call”.

A song listed in the Church Bulletin at the Nazarene Church in Little Rock, Arkansas; in connection with a sermon on God's mantle..."Let's God Mangle Fall on Me."

A new loudspeaker system has been installed in the church. It was given by one of our
members in honor of his wife.

The Rector will preach his farewell message after which the choir will sing "Break Forth into Joy."

That was all of them that I received. Hope you enjoyed them

Real Christians don't hate and aren't bigots. Might wanna revisit what it means to be a Christian. It certainly doesn't mean being a bigot, which you clearly are.

I don't consider belittling other people "fun," but then...I don't have to put others down to make myself feel better, either.

If you're anything like a normal representative of Christianity, no wonder people are abandoning it in droves.

Why do you keep coming back to bother me? I'm a bigot, because you say so; Wow, that's something good to know.

If people are abandoing christianity in droves (as you put it) They were never believers to begin with. Before you tell someone their life's story, you should really know them first. There is no-one on all of Lit that personally knows me or has even met me.

I can guess what type of person you must think you are by what you write, but I can't really call you names not really knowing you.

I honestly hope you are a better person the the person you come across as. I remember when it was fun to read some of your posts, but all I see and feel now is hatred.

Sorry I posted this post on the humor thread. There's no humor in it.
By the way, God bless you, something tells me inside that you are a good person.

I have to go tell my family that I'm a bigot now, they probably never knew.

DAMN, I love this Blackberry. Here I am sitting at the fairgrounds, eating dinner and listening to way cool disco music and I can STILL post this:

WARNING:
DG Hear is a hate monger who tries to use homophobic humor to denigrate those that he despises. He attempts to pass himself off as a “Christian” but his constant gay and lesbian bashing makes him no more of a “true” Christian than is Fred Phelps.

If anyone says, "I love God," yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen.
John 4:20

... I have to go tell my family that I'm a bigot now, they probably never knew.DG

Oh, they know... they might be just like you and not care, but they know...

P.S. No. I won't stay off this thread and I'm going to continue to post this warning whenever you post you homophobic "wanna be" christian bullshit.

BTW, it's okay if you don't like my humor either. Oh... and have a nice day. :)

Just remember, if you don't agree with Cloudy you are the bigot, not her.
She takes lessons from Jesse the Jackass Jackson.

Just because you pull this bullshit out of your ass doesn't make it true. If you knew even the slightest thing about me, you'd know that I see Jesse Jackson as the first attention whore. He's a clown...much like you and your whiny friends are fast becoming.

I just thought of something funny, Safe Bet dating one of the guy****** above. It made me smile. Not sure how Cloudy would handle the situation? I gotta admit, they are some good looking guys.
