what does it mean when it says its too much kb to attach a picture with a new post how do i fix it

It means the picture you are tyring to attach is to big. (KB) so you need to resize it and make it smaller to get rid of some KB's before you can get it to work.

Its pretty rare you'll be asked to make something smaller in order for it to work on this board...

KB means Kilobite, it is the standard measurement for computers on electronic information. 1000 kilobites = 1 Megabite (MB) i personaly dont know the levels that literotica allows when posting, but they prefur smaller sized/pixiled pictures so that slower computers can also load them up.
also Posting large information pictures will often lag up the entier server because the server will try and send all the information to all that look at it, and slower computers will have a hard time, backing up the system causing lag, eventualy crashing it.
to fix it, find the amont of KB that you can post, then either resize your picture, or photoshop your pictures and reduce the resolution of it. most standard internet posted pictures have 72 dpi, most camera pictures have 300 dpi, most pictures taken with digital cameras have about... 1000 dpi (whole diffrent story for that one.)
