How far would you go to find Mr./Mrs. Right? Besides things like phone, internet personals, which probably are considered half-ass normal these days. Have you ever tried "alternative methods"? I gotta admit the things like mail order grooms/brides, one of the tv realtiy dating shows , etc, are a big leap towards crazy. What are your opinions?

grin...i mostly just do the internet thing...allows for a good screening process. The last guy I met in person without having screened him was a moron...which is why I don't like the bar scene.

I think it is difficult at best to find love over the internet because most people that are met live in different states or different countries. It is somewhat easier to fall in a 'state of love' here because you aren't with that person 24/7. I think the mind fills in the blanks on the day to day stuff that happens in all relationships. Love/Friendship/Family.

Blind dating as in personal ads, etc. I've checked these out over recent months and I'd be happy to post some that I've read...quite humorous.

At this point, I figure...I'm going to go on with my life and do what I enjoy doing, learn the things I want to, and if I meet that SO then great! I'll be all the better for it but I'm not going to make that my life pursuit.

So I guess my answer is nothing special at this point.

I've tried internet, I don't do the bar thing, I don't think I'd ever consider the TV thing. I suppose it is just being at the right place at the right time... My timing is just off.
