So i have had a very interesting life so far hope to get even more so regarding the carnal desieres of humanity i was wandering how do i use these experiences to properly weave a narrative of an a story some of the events would overlap so some suggestions would help like how much of the real life events to use and how much fiction?

One way would be to write it from the perspective of the third person, as if you are narrating a story about someone else.

I wouldn't use fiction unless the story drags at times. Real life is always more believable than fiction. Narrate it in the sense of trying to arouse someone else. After all, that's what you are trying to do.

Why don't you write a paragraph or two and post it here, just to get opinions.

Before you start writing, think about your purpose. Your goal should be to stimulate and entertain, not record history. With that goal in mind, you are not bound by the facts. You can change them, rearrange them, or ignore them at will. Your story should have a beginning, a middle, and an end. I have several stories based on true events, which may be up to 90% factually accurate. Changes are often made to make the story more interesting to the reader-- to increase the conflict, or to prolong the rising action for example. Use your facts as inspiration, but don't feel circumscribed by them. It's your story, tell it in the most entertaining way possible.
