How To Find The Members list?

There should be a heading at the top of this page, if you're signed in -- User CP | FAQ | Members List | Calendar...etc.

hello, fgarvb1. the member's list has been removed from the main header and can be found in the buddy / ignore lists section of the site. you do need to be signed in to view the member's list.
click user cp.
under the Miscellaneous heading on the left side of the screen, click on buddy / ignore lists.
just underneath the buddy / ignore lists boxes, you will see, "To view the complete members list, click here."
clicking that will bring up the member list.
