I guess my exercise comes from work. With all the cut backs I find myself on my feet and all of the building each day. It involves heavy lifting from anyway from 1 lb to 280lbs. Oh, and my workday is 11 hours a day. I'm 6 foot 2 inches tall, weigh in at 200lbs, 52 inch chest and a 38 inch waist. The arms are 19 1/2 inches. When I get home I wanna relax I have had enough exercise...:D

Not even horizontal exercise?

Zergplex Says

Well I bike 40min to and from work everyday, and my work is fairly active (as a department manager at Walmart, depending on the day I could be throwing up Detergent freight which takes quite a bit of strength for an entire 8 to 18 hour day).

god I'm glad inventory is over, 15+ hour days suck -_-

I do a split cycle:
Day 1 Chest/Shoulders/Triceps, Abs, 20 min HIIT
Day 2 Lower Body, Abs, 20 min HIIT
Day 3 Back/Biceps/Forearms/Wrists, Abs, 20 min HIIT
Day 4 45-60mins Cardio moderate pace
Day 5 OFF
Start Day 1 over again...go for 7 weeks, take a week off for militant cardio and start the process over again. I also cycle my calories.

In the entire 7 week period, I only have 5 "off days" where I don't work out.

Otherwise, I live on an island and most things are within walking distance. I walk or ride a bike to work out. I walk or ride into town when I have errands to do and don't need to carry much. My husband and I hike on the weekends, too.

Basically I'm pretty active every single day and love it!

Man and I thought I was active with everyday ... you've got it seriously organized!!

I used to do Yoga quite a bit, but I got burned out. I've just started to lift weights and I cut yoga back to about 20 minutes at a time, about 4 times a week. I also play DDR a lot.. I was almost addicted to it till my knees started hurting all the time. I got a new dance pad and I do it less often now.
