I dunno about amount nor velocity....but I do have a related question to ask.

Color/consistency. Why is it that some men ejaculate a "milky" colored semen and others have a clearer more watery semen?

I suppose it doesn't really matter, I'm just wondering. Is it due to diet? Perhaps men are just different.

I think the answer is the same as most of the others. It depends on the waiting time since the last orgasm. Also I would expect that some men secrete more of the fluids that make up the bulk of the ejaculation. I seem to remember reading somewhere that sperm only accounts for a small proportion of the volume.
A mate of mine says his sperm count is so high that his wife has to chew before she can swallow
