How much do you weigh?

Right now I'm 190lbs but I need to loose 10lbs. I have tons of trousers with 34 inch waste and I don't need to go into a 36. I'm 34x34 now and don't want to go 'over square.'

How about you? Be brave.

[Yeah I fucked up on the 'how much time thread.']

I weigh about 180, down from 190. Working on getting lower.

I made the move from 34's to 36's, it sucks. Back down to 34's now though, and aiming for 32's.

Just weighed myself.Im at 203 up from last year when I was 190......still have a 34 waist though:)

I hardly ever weigh myself. Last time was November during a physical. The scale read 216 pds. At 6ft 3" tall and my waist is 33".

I run 5-7 miles every morning on the sand......so at times its keeping enough carb's coming in that I worry about.........beer helps.........LOL

No matter, what form of exercise you do, it still comes down to almost a basic formula..........Women: you need to burn 3,200 more calories than you take in.........Men: 3,600 to lose ONE POUND

Whether you do it, by walking, running, nordic, or ummmmmm making love...........just feel the burn..........wink

3,600 calories to lose one pound! geeeeeez. I better start jogging the 30 miles to work everyday....

I'm going against every screaming fiber in my body by telling you this, but I wanted to do what you said I wouldn't do, lol... I weigh around 150; I'm short, but read my screenname and you'll realize that most of that weight is top-heaviness, so I don't feel too bad about it. :D

I'm 6'0 and 236 lbs. at my last weigh in.

I'm in the gym 4 to 5 times a week doing weights and cardio.:)
Right now I'm in the middle of a cutting program, once I get to the point I want, I'll be aprox. 225 lbs.

Far too much to tell everyone :( never mind...

The 'number" does not matter.........weight does not equal happiness.......but you "sound' as if you'd like to change 'it". Good luck....and go slow.

32, almost 33, 5'7" and 128 lbs. I have no idea what my waist measurement is, but I'm a size 6 or 8 depending on the manufacturer. Oh, and I'm a 36C, any other questions?
