When you served in the military- were you ever overseas? During an election? Did you vote and how? Did you leave your command to fly back home? Why should an election supervisor count the vote if the servicemen is not present to show their ID on the day of the election

What the Biden administration is trying to figure out is why Black veterans are more often denied disability benefits for PTSD, as compared to white veterans. This is a legitimate question..

Between 2011 and 2016, Black veterans were denied 57% of disability benefits for PTSD, compared to 43% for white veterans. The report also states that Black male veterans are approved 3 to 22 percentage points less often than white males for nine of the 10 conditions the VA commonly evaluates, including PTSD.

The question I have is why is the right trying politicize this instead of finding a way to help those who have served. Why is manipulating a health concern so it gets votes more important than saving the lives of those who have served?

The suicide rate per 100,000 service members was 28.9 in the Army, 20.6 in the Navy and 19.7 in the Air Force; no one died by suicide in the Space Force, according to the Pentagon’s data. In total, 61 active duty Marines and six Marine reservists died by suicide in 2022.

You seem to have a severe misunderstanding of how voting works. Whether in person or with a mail in or absentee ballot, the election worker marks off the name once they match it with the corresponding address given. There is no flooding of the rolls. If I get a mail in ballot And send it in and then I walk into my polling place, then when my mail in ballot comes in and they see that I have already voted THEN I am subject to legal repercussions. That would seem pretty stupid for a person to do though. And you know what? It is. It’s a pretty dumb way to go to jail.
