How is it possible for whites to be "racist" when they are disappearing?

We constantly hear this "racism" thing in political discussion today, always, of course, referring to whites as the "racists." Other groups are never referred to as "racist" by the mainstream media or the politicians, only and constantly whites referred to this way.

Yet, you look at the real world, and its been 60 years since any legally enforceable discriminatory laws against non-whites were on the books. A large majority of the population was now born AFTER the civil rights movement. We went to integrated schools. There were no formal barriers to non-white advancement in any way, and in fact there have been special programs and policies favoring non-whites for over 40 years. Whites are the only major group that is not demographically secure, and in fact are in a state of rapid demographic decline and politicians, media, and business leaders celebrate this as a great thing. If any other group was disappearing in the same way it would be considered catastrophic and terrible, since its whites its celebrated as wonderful news.

With all this reality, isn't it absurd to claim its even possible for whites to be "racist" in 2016 America?

It is possible for anyone to be racist. It has nothing to do with legislation or whether or not you are in the minority. It can be applied to black and white.

Which schools or colleges do you mean? A generation is about thirty years. Do you mean that as recently as 1985 there were schools and colleges closed to large parts of the population? There are some who have very high standards but people have been able to enroll in them for as long as most of us have been of college age.
