How does alcolhol affect you?

I'm not talking about being drunk or buzzed. Does it make you more horny?

I'm horny all the time, with or without alcohol.

I think alcohol actually makes me a nicer person. I get sort of chill and a lot less thinky. Then again, I haven't had very much, nor have I bothered to get drunk recently.
