How does a non-English speaker imitate English

For example, when an American wants to impersonate a Chinese speaker, they will speak gibberish such as 'Ching chong chung.'

What kind of gibberish does a non-English speaking person say to imitate or make fun of an English speaker.

I'm curious as to what it sounds like.
 
They tend to exaggerate a regional affection. Usually the South or the West, bro.
