I went through the documentation you sent me and I can't figure it out yet.
Let say I go into post mode, I hit post then I get my "Reply to Thread" Page.
So I go to Attach files> Manage Attachments> Browse> "Find my JPEG" file> upload> Close Window> Submit reply. When I look at my posting I have no picture there? That is what I am refering to?
Please help.

If you click close right away to close that upload window, it may not have had the time needed to upload the file. Wait til the window says its ok to close before you close it.

For attachments, you will never see more than a link because automatic display of attached images is turned off -- Lit hosts so many attachments that automatic display of attachments severely slows down the entire server.

For example, the attached image Mooshu.JPG will not display unless you click the link -- that's the way it's supposed to work.

If you absolutely MUST have your pictures display automatically, then you have to get them hosted somewhere online (that allows hotlinking) and use the IMG tags to hotlink the image into your post like this:
