How do you use Ben-Wa balls?

I recently purchased Ben-Wa balls because I heard they could be used to help strengthen vaginal muscles, like with Kegels. Does anyone know how to use these for that purpose? When I put them in, they either fall out or get lodged somewhere behind my cervix. I'd love to hear your experience with them and any other methods you've found helpful for strengthening those muscles.

I think the point is to not let them fall out?
 
usually you put them in the vagina and can either:stimulate yourself with a vibe,so they jump up and down,or just try to walk(panties on).to do kegels you just contract muscles like to hold pee
,so you should feel the balls inside you.You can also use a woody egg,like the one you use to sew socks with,with a chord attached,but you have to sterilize that.Instead of payng mucho$$ for vaginal bar bell,you can try use somehingh shaped that way(like joysticks from games like playstation)as long as they have a ball head and are heavy too;you have to breathe properly and at the same time squeeze and release,like holding a ball in your hand.But even toy free exercise should do.You can do that anytime you want and after a while your pussy will gain strenght.Don't overdo that,otherwise you'll get cramps.I hope this will help;if not,just tell me so and i'll try to post some more.:rose:
 
Be-wa balls take a bit of getting used to - and can be very frustrating at first! The object is to strengthen the Kegels with the balls inside. And yes, the first few attempts, they usually do fall out rather easily!

This is what I have done, and it seems to work over time. Put them into place as far up into the vagina as you can, then try sitting as in watching TV. Keep pulsing the muscles, holding them inside. You will feel them start to slide down, try to keep them from doing so. As they tumble out, simple place them back in.

Eventually, you will be able to walk with them. (Though I would dare go out in public! Too much tensing to keep them makes me walk funny!)
 
I have not used them but have read that you should start with one only. When successful with that, go on up to two.
 
Do NOT use the enameled balls!

The enamel is a glass and can chip. You realy don't want glass chips inside of you!

Thank you everyone for your reply to my question about Ben-Wa balls. I appreciate the input and will use that to continue to try my luck with them.
