How do you make a profile

You wait until the site fixes a broken feature. There are two sides to the site, a forum side and an authors' side, which should be joined together but they're not. Since my profile was around before that bit broke, I have no idea what a new account holder sees, sorry. Another newer member might wander by and give you some clues.

Honestly, I’ve given up on having a biography on the forum side. Every time I select “edit profile” in the quick links or otherwise, it redirects me to “edit options where I can only update my password. I tried to send in a request for help to the site admins/maintenance (I thought perhaps I was missing something), but got no response. I can tell that my forum and author sides are disjointed because they each have different passwords.
So all in all, it’s at least good to hear that I’m not crazy. I really wish it would be fixed, but I’m not going to count on it.

You can make a profile by clicking on your name at the log in screen, then choose options on the left side of the screen. The resulting profile is not visible in the Forum section unfortunately, but is visible in the Stories and the Lit Chat sections. Best that can be done at the moment as far as I can tell.
