How do we plan a Lit-together?

Hello, I live in the northwest, Oregon to be exact. I have been talking with others and we are thinking maybe a picknick this spring. So what do we do next? What do we do at the picknick to make it fun for all?
Has anyone here done this befor? What was it like?
Need your Help Bad.

There is a Lit-together sometime soon in S. Caroline, so you might want to email or PM whoever's in charge of it and ask her.

There's a thread for it here in the Playground.
You could also pm catsr2wild and ask her about the Ohio lit-together and what they did.
