If all else fails, ask a friend to get the URL for you from IE or Navigator.

Is it something you plan on saving in your space on WebTV?
If you are going to save it, then you are creating the URL at that time. If you can't save it, then it can't be linked into a thread.
In order to link into a thread, you need an image in GIF, JPG, or BMP format that has a URL accessible to the web.
