How do I upload an avatar?

I was reading the FAQ and it says I need 100 posts before I can upload an avatar, which I now have. Yet it doesn't say how to upload an avatar. I've been through my control pannel and looked at edit profile and edit options and neither have an upload option.

So if anyone could help me and give me details on how to upload an avatar that'd be great!

Sorry if this has already been posted but I did a search for the word avatar and avatars and like 1000 posts came up!

The typical upload pathwith VBulletin is to go to edit options, then scroll to the bottom, and there will be a "change avatar" button. Click it, then wait for it to load and choose your avatar.
