How do I show that my stories are linked

I have several stories that are the same as previous ones but with different names. I'm not liking that my stuff is being rejected just because of the title not being similar

Are they being rejected because the text is identical and only the title is different? Please be a little more specific. How are they "the same"?

Yeah, it makes it sound like you're just resubmitting stories. What's the rejection reason you're being given? If you're only making very minor changes, I wouldn't bother.

If you WANT to link them the way to do it is to submit them with Titles like this:

My Story Ch.01 Beginning
My Story Ch.02 They meet
My Story Ch.03 They argue
Etc.

The first part 'My Story Ch.' should be identical including spaces.

Or if not chapters then Parts:

My Story Pt.01 Beginning
My Story Pt.02 They meet
My Story Pt.03 They argue
Etc.

Number starting 01 otherwise 10 might appear after 1 and before 2:

Pt.1
Pt.10
Pt.2
Pt.3
