How do i get my lady to trust me. ?

I,m in a LDR and no matter how hard i try to convince her she dont seem to beable to trust me.
A little about me I,m a helpfull sort of person and allways offering my help when ever i can, be it to females or males this might be part of the problem.
What caused are argument tonight was when i told her i added a lady to my msn that i met in lycos chat i only added her to help with her computer problem. Maybe that was wrong, anyhow that upset her and i yelled at her coz shes unable to trust me.
I trust her totaly maybe to much i let her come to these boards and do what she wants without getting nasty with her.

where am i going wrong ?

You can't make someone trust. You can only be trustworthy. If she can't see your trustworthiness, then there really is no relationship. A relationship built on distrust and jealousy will always come to a painful end.

Sit down and discuss it with her one of these IM times. Tell her that you feel pretty bad because she doesn't trust you. Tell her that you expect someone who loves you to trust you, otherwise they really don't love you. Find out why she has such a problem trusting you.
