How do I get avatar/picture to show up?

Well, the title asks what I want to know! In the main Literotica sign-up area, I have set an avatar and a picture, but neither one shows up under my name on the discussion board.

I'm kind of inexperienced at this - can anyone tell me how to get my avatar to show up? Also, when I uploaded my avatar there was a 75x75 pixel size limit, but a lot of the avatars I see look bigger. How do you upload the bigger avatar?

I can answer the first question. You have to have 100 posts before your av shows up.

Even I know it takes 100 posts, because I lurked before signing up, and saw someone advise us new people to go to the Playground and post in those topics until you get 100 posts to get your picture so you don't stand out so much as new.
