How Do I Divide a Story Into Chapters?

I'm looking for information on how a very long story can be divided into chapters so that it can be clicked as a link on the right hand side of the screen.

Do you send each chapter as installments?

Please help. Thanks!

exactly, submit it as individual installments. just make sure your filenames are consistent throughout and lit will take care of the rest.

Additional suggestion:

When titling the chapters ensure that the first part of the title is exactly the same followed by the numerals, and then perhaps a chapter title.

Like this:

Og's story 01 The beginning
Og's story 02 The next part
Og's story 03 The ending

If you number starting 01,02,03 etc the chapters should appear in order. But if you number 1,2,3 etc you will have confusion on and after chapter 10. The order could appear like this:

Starting with 01, 02 gives you up to 99 chapters. If you think you are going beyond that, start 001,002...
