How do I add an additional chapter

I have just uploaded my first story. In fact I uploaded chapter one as the writing is an ongoing process.

How do I add an additional chapter?

Do I

A. Submit it with the same name and and add chapter 2 to the title.
B. Resubmit ch1 with ch 2 added at the bottom
C . Some other thing

You can edit the title of your first chapter to be 'title ch.01' and post chapter 2 separately.

Hint: Chapter numbers are best numbered as 01,02 etc because if you get to chapter 10 and you have numbered 1,2,... the list will show as ch1, ch10, ch2, ch3.
