I thought this site was a respite from all of that unpleasantness.

Everyone knows that the government is corrupt. Why argue about it here? Or, am I just opening up a big can of worms?

Why would people NOT come here to discuss the government, abortions, spending, the budget, who is better than the fucker in the White house, how many times can one say the N word before people either iggy them or show themselves to be one with those that use the N word, racism, women hatred, femi-nazi-bots, homophobia and on an on...
