how come a black man work his ass off and climb the ladder is a sell out but

The exact same reason it happens to women of any age, race, color, creed, and all that jazz. It's how it is.

a whiteman who does the same is just lucky, or using the system to his whitey advantage

This is an idiotic thread, as that sentiment exists nowhere but in the mind of someone with an ax to grind with Black people in general.

Interesting. Please, c_b_m, back up your supposition with factual information.

To redirect this a bit...and I am serious here.....why cant the black man collect social security benefits till age 61 when the average age of the black man when he dies is 56....?????

If your climbing the corporate latter...your a sell out no matter what race greed or color...noone keeps their true soul while playing office politics and nasty games...

Sell out from what? I've heard the expression ad nauseum and have never heard an INTELLIGENT answer.

Not everything is climbing the ladder in the "corporate world". Small business owners dare to take a chance for example. I myself am a marine engineer and do not associate with the "suits" but make a very good living and am advancing through the ranks much as the black man did who I work for now. We both started at the bottom and have climbed our ways to positions of responsibility. (And trust me he is a boss who looks out for his employees.)

I USUALLY only hear the sell out nonsense from devisive pseudo-civil rights "leaders" or from their flock of sheep who have bought the party line. I'm assuming that they have a motive for this, i.e. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

This is not grinding an axe with black people. Just the devisive people (color optional) who don't like to see anyone succeed.

As always...

This is just my opinion, I could be wrong... But I don't think so.:)
