How Careful Are You?

I've seen a lot of talk around here about the importance of firewalls, but are you as careful with your data?

Do you use an encryption program for sensitive data on your PDA or hard drive? When you delete, do you use a shredding program to make sure that the files are unrecoverable? How about floppy disks - do you just erase them and toss them, or do you wipe them with a security program first?

Just curious.
